An evening of practice with Bob Stahl. An opportunity to meet Bob, practice, listen to some teachings and a space for questions and sharing.
The meeting takes place in English with translation into Italian.

Bob Stahl
Bob Stahl è un insegnante di meditazione americano. È docente presso il Mindfulness Center della Brown University e precedentemente presso il Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society della University of Massachusetts Medical School. Bob insegna corsi di formazione per insegnanti MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) e ritiri di Insight Meditation in tutto il mondo. Per anni è stato insegnante guida presso Insight Santa Cruz; e insegnante in visita presso Spirit Rock e Insight Meditation Society.
In passato ha vissuto in un monastero buddista per otto anni e mezzo. Ha fondato otto programmi MBSR nei centri medici della baia di San Francisco. È coautore di cinque libri: A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook, Living With Your Heart Wide Open, Calming the Rush of Panic, A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook for Anxiety e MBSR Everyday.
Bob Stahl, PhD is an American meditation teacher. He is on faculty at the Brown University Mindfulness Center and formerly at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Bob teaches MBSR Teacher Trainings and Insight Meditation retreats worldwide and is the former guiding teacher at Insight Santa Cruz and a visiting teacher at Spirit Rock and Insight Meditation Society.
He formerly lived in a Buddhist monastery for eight and a half years and later founded eight Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs in medical centers in the SF Bay Area. He is co-author of five books: A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook, Living With Your Heart Wide Open, Calming the Rush of Panic, A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook for Anxiety, and MBSR Everyday.
